In this module you will work through two case studies and develop a plan for appropriately withdrawing a benzodiazepine and/or other sedative medication for a person living with dementia.
By completing this module, participants will be able to: 1. Recognise the processes involved when reducing and/or withdrawing benzodiazepine and/or other sedative medications. 2. Identify appropriate dosages and durations of benzodiazepine and/or other sedative medication during a withdrawal plan.
