A free resource for home care services and staff, designed to support workplace learning in the home care sector.

A free resource for home care services and staff, produced by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (AACQA), designed to support workplace learning in the home care sector.

It supports a range of workplace learning options and different target audience needs, including self-directed learning.

It addresses key quality review and home care issues related to the AACQA Home Care Common Standards. Topics include: an overview of quality, regulatory compliance, how to use feedback from care recipients, continuous improvement, assessment, care planning and reassessment, privacy and confidentiality, risk management and continuous improvement. Each topic includes a summary, discussion and reflection prompts.
