A new online course is helping pharmacists improve their dementia knowledge to the benefit of their local communities.
This is a collection of curated websites about dementia for people with dementia and carers.
The project team are educators from Canada’s Baycrest Health Sciences, affiliated with the University of Toronto, with funding provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health.
