A free handbook and online guide released at the end of 2016 by Dementia Australia Vic, offering information and support options for anyone impacted by dementia, including treatments, services and planning for the future.

It will assist people with decision making as the disease progresses and how to continue to live well following a diagnosis.

Dementia Australia Vic will distribute 20,000 copies throughout Victoria to key health professionals to offer to their patients when discussing a dementia diagnosis.

The guide is also available as a hard copy by calling (03) 9815 7800 or emailing alzvic@alzheimers.org.au, and as an online resource and available for download from www.fightdementia.org.au/vic
