What you do at DTA
In my role as training consultant I develop training resources, facilitate workshops, lead the Fellowship program and provide case management for the tailored training program in Victoria and Tasmania.
What’s your favourite part of your job?
Meeting the people who attend DTA workshops or take part in the Fellowship program. They are passionate about delivering good quality dementia care and I have great respect for the work that they do.
How would your colleagues describe you?
Enthusiastic in the advancement of knowledge translation in dementia care.
What’s a usual 'day in the office' like for you?
The one thing that never changes in my daily work routine is that I have to start my day with at least two cups of tea and a cheery greeting with my colleagues.
What’s your favourite font and why?
Arial is my favourite font because I can read it without my glasses on.
Something on your bucket list that you’d care to share?
Emigrate to a new country…but I have already done that! I arrived in Australia in 2006. Now I need to go on the Ghan.
